Mission

Basaltium’s mission is to supply Uzbekistan’s construction industry with reliable basalt thermal and acoustic insulation. Certified products, consistent quality, and on-time delivery help raise energy efficiency and fire safety in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We offer partners not only slabs, but a long-term solution for dealers, construction companies, and sandwich-panel manufacturers.

Vision (future outlook)

Basaltium aims to be a trusted basalt insulation manufacturer and a long-term partner in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. Production capacity in Surxondaryo — more than 3,000 tons of product per month — lets us supply the regional construction market with stability. We are expanding our partner network and setting standards for quality and reliable delivery.

Core values

Quality, reliability, and environmental safety sit at the centre of our work. Every batch is certified to current standards: the materials are non-combustible, durable, and careful with the environment. On that principle we build open, mutually beneficial partnerships with dealers, construction companies, and trading organisations — quality that professionals trust.

Production process

Melting

01

Natural basalt, dolomite and clay are melted at temperatures above 1400 °C. At this stage the raw material is cleaned of any unwanted impurities.

1400°C

Fiber forming

02

The molten stream is spun into ultra-thin basalt fibres around 5 microns thick by centrifugal force and bound together with a dedicated binder.

≈ 5 µm

Shaping & pressing

03

Fibres are pressed and cut at 30–200 kg/m³ density and 30–200 mm thickness into 1200 × 600 mm slabs.

30–200 kg/m³

Quality control & packaging

04

Every batch is checked against current quality standards, certified, and shipped from the plant.
